Recently in the motor industry, the decreasing the Cogging Torque, noise (vibration), and lost current, is required as the miniaturization, high-performance, and energy-saving abilities increase.
We design and manufacture "magnetizing yokes/coils" to fulfill the "motor characteristics," which every customer desires, with our motor designing experience.
Having received a lot of inquiries about our magnetizing yokes/coils, we　have contributed to decreasing the Cogging Torque and noise.

We conduct wire electric discharge machining in our factory (in operation 24 hours)
Since we process it by ourselves, we can process Magnetizing Yoke iron cores, which are required for magnetizing experiments, quickly and casually. Also, we can gain "progress in magnetizing skills" and "an accumulation of knowledge."
We also pursue a stability in the quality of the detailed size after the processing by measuring and controlling the data by the latest picture measuring instruments.

We use the Impulse Meter IPM-501, which can measure the magnetizing current every 4 μsec, to conduct current tests for peak current, current duration, and current area.
